On behalf of the NWCA , A very big Thank You to all the small business owners that took their Saturday afternoon to welcome their neighbours and friends on the North Westside at Killiney Beach Hall this past weekend. We had the pleasure of 34 hosts from a wide variety of categories that service the westside. From tree falling, landscaping, solar care, pet care, communication, children's activities, reiki, acupuncture, hair dressing, yoga, hiking, art, designers, travel organizers, home care specialists, metal fabricators, painters and coaters, real estate experts, and so much more! Such a talented group of entrepreneurs!!!  ....AND we had the honour of having Sandy from ON THE WAY keep everyone smiling with a great lunch, coffee and COOKIES. Gary brought in the largest  blow up screen for future public videos that we have ever seen  and it bodes well for some fun summer nights and beyond. We estimate that 150 people came and met up with the businesses and hopefully were able to find out more information for future projects and or were directed to go to NWCAonline.com and look at the Business Directory for more sources. . Thank you to Grace Joy who was invaluable in setting up and taking down the event in the hall and to all the Board members that made this event come to light. What we did learn is that there is a wealth of talent and some very nice people on the westside. "Westside is the Bestside" is alive and well.
